WR250 kit |

I ride mostly on mellow trails, but it is really nice to have the extra power when you need it. The bike "bogged" really bad prior to installing the kit, now it runs perfect. I am not much of a mechanic, but the guys at F2 were very helpful. Buy a set of metric ball-end allen wrenches before you start, they will save you a lot of hassle. If I can install this kit, anyone can.
To sum it all up, it is well worth the money, and in my opinion, anyone that owns a WR, no what what type of riding they are into, would be a fool not to do these modifications to their bike - it does give you WAY more power.

Not only did it add power as earlier reviewers indicated, it RESOLVED the cold-starting issues with this bike. Coupled with a Dr.D pipe, the bike's low-end and midrange really shine!

I just installed the PowerBack kit on my new 2007 WR250F. The kit is well engineered, easy to install and everything fit great. I wasn't really happy with the stock power. It was a snail. This kit totally changed the bike. It has WAAAAAY more power, jetting is crisp and it doesn't take as long to warm up as before. This is a great way to get everything in one package. Just buy it, you won't be disappointed.

Power Back WR250F - WOW!!! |

Just installed the kit on my 2007 WR250F. The installation was easy and when I had a question the guys at F2 were only a phone call away. This product does more than described... It changed the bike into a totally different ride.. Before I had a hard time getting the front wheel off the ground, now I can't keep it on the ground. The low end torque is perfect.. Makes the bike work as good on a MX track as is does in the woods... The kit also eliminated the hard cold start.. It also gives you full use of the throttle!!! So less shifting of gears on the trail and going up hills.
I would recommend this kit to anyone that wants to be a serious rider on a WR250F. Be prepared for the power..

2007 Yamaha wr250 Powerback system |

I just installed by powerback system on saturday. to my stock wr250, and all I can say is OH MY GOD. I have had the bike for four months now in stock form. But since the installation it is a new bike. It is a TORQUE MONSTER. I highly recomend this kit to anyone that wants more out of their machine. As a novice wrencher I wasn't sure if I would be able to complete the installation myself, but with the easy to follow instructions and the COMPLETE PROFESSIONALISM from DYLAN it was a snap. I live in California and called Dylan about three or four times, he was always willing to help over the phone. He even called me long distance if he saw that he missed my call.(WOW) thats service. The bike is going to take some getting used to though, because it has so much power and torque now that the front wheel hardly touches the ground anymore. But i will adjust all the while with a grin from ear to ear. If you are on the fence order the powerback kit. You won't be dissapointed.
