Don't get stranded!! No more erratic running . . . better throttle response. The New KTM Twin cam Engine is outstanding. There is one problem however. After a few hours of running, the bike begins to run irratically, spitting and sputtering and popping. This is caused by the spark plug. If it is ignored, the plug can foul and strand you. Many people will try to jet around this problem only to find out it is not jetting. The problem is with the type of plug. you can see the difference in the picture above. Our plug is not a twin electrode plug lke th stock one.
